At Maryam Chikan, each artisan garment is inspected for stitch perfection and steam ironed before being packed into tamper-evident transit pouches.

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our Lucknow workshop (Shop No. 143, Nakkhas Market) within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
• Transit Time: Deliveries to Metro cities take 2-4 business days. Non-metro and regional locations take 3-6 business days.
• Free Shipping: All prepaid and COD orders exceeding ₹999.00 qualify for 100% Free All-India Express Shipping. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹99.00 nominal shipping fee.
• Tracking: Real-time tracking numbers with SMS and WhatsApp links are issued upon courier dispatch.

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted apparel. If a garment doesn't fit comfortably or if you wish to exchange it for another silhouette:

• You may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.

• Custom stitched or altered pieces are non-returnable.

Maryam Chikan is a legally registered proprietorship under the Goods and Services Tax Act of India:

Every order includes a downloadable and printable formal Tax Invoice eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) for business customers who provide their GSTIN during checkout.

Handcraft Characteristics: Since Lucknow Chikankari is 100% executed by hand using traditional wooden printing blocks and needles, minor variations in motifs, stitches, or thread tensions are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic handcrafted artistry, not defects.

Jurisdiction: All commercial transactions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
